Directions
Fire Island Pines, located midway between New York City and the Hamptons, is an oasis accessible only by ferry but it's easy to get to, even for a day trip. The festival is held in the Pines at the bay-front home of Jon Biondo, Tim Horman and Ryan Coutu at 236 Beach Hill Walk.
The Sayville Ferry runs regularly between Sayville and Fire Island Pines from early morning to late night. See the complete schedule.

The Long Island Railroad offers a $32 round-trip same-day beach excursion fare that includes hourly service between Penn Station or Jamaica and Sayville, roundtrip van service between Sayville Station and the ferry terminal and Sayville Ferry tickets. Train
Take the Long Island Railroad from Penn Station or Jamaica to Sayville. From the Sayville Station, taxis offer a five-minute trip to the ferry for $5. Total travel time from NYC to Fire Island Pines by train is approximately 2.5 hours. Check out LIRR information and schedules.
Car
The Sayville Ferry terminal is located off exit 59 on the Long Island Expressway.
