Returning for its fourth year, Dancin’ Downtown at The Joyce Theater welcomed more than 200 dancers from 18 schools on Monday, May 20, 2013, for the only competition providing dance students the opportunity to be seen by distinguished dance luminaries on one of the most prestigious stages in New York City.
The students danced in original routines in hopes of winning scholarships and performance opportunities.
